What is more rewarding than making a difference in your community? Aldea residents encourage this mindset and benefit from volunteering.  The Outdoor Committee advises the Aldea HOA board and manager on how best to apply permaculture techniques and propose permaculture initiatives to assist the community in making better use of the limited water supply.  They are also instrumental in setting up Outdoor activities, such as the Birder projects and MORE
